Support Vault

Welcome to the Support Vault, a digital vault designed to exchange information such as licenses, updated software versions and other data between Cyber-Ark customers and our Professional Services Team. In the Support Vault, each customer has their own secure Safe in which they can store and share information. In addition, the Support Vault also offers a number of General Safes for more commonly-accessed information.

You can access the Cyber-Ark Support Vault by using one of the two options below.
