The Maintenance Plus Program provides full access to the Cyber-Ark Knowledge Base via our highly secure Support Vault, unlimited phone and email technical support as well as all updates and point releases of the products covered by your maintenance agreement.

With Cyber-Ark's premium maintenance plan, your organization will benefit from our premier support at all times. Like the standard plan, Maintenance Plus 24x7 provides full access to the Cyber-Ark Knowledge Base via our highly secure Support Vault, unlimited phone and email technical support as well as all updates and point releases of the products covered by your maintenance agreement, with no limitations on when support can be contacted
