Company Becomes First Hosting Service Provider in South Africa to Face the Security Risks Associated With Privileged Accounts Head-On
Newton, MA 12th December 2008 - Cyber-Ark Software, the leading provider of Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Sensitive Information Management and Digital Vault solutions, today announced that UCS Solutions, a leading hosting service provider in South Africa, has made a strategic decision to purchase Cyber-Ark's award-winning Enterprise Password Vault™ (EPV) to mitigate the risks associated with Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
Studies have shown that for many companies, the privileged identities that provide administrators with wide-ranging access to systems, applications, and databases are a weak point in internal security.
