CYBER-ARK SOFTWARE SIGNIFICANTLY EXPANDS RESELLER NETWORK

Dedham, Mass.-January 31, 2006 - Cyber-Ark® Software Inc., the information security software company that develops and markets digital vaults for securing and managing highly-sensitive information within and across global enterprise networks, announced it has significantly expanded its reseller channel during the past twelve months. With the addition of 15 new dealers, Cyber-Ark is driving new sales volumes and increasing its presence throughout North America. New resellers include GoSecure, Conexsys, Vigilar, Small World Technologies, Securetek, Network Plus, Global Network Security Consultants, IT Secur, Jacadis, Bright Plan IT, Stalwart, PossibleNow, IST Secure, and United Technology Group.

Stringent governmental regulations and new information privacy legislation, along with a slew of highly publicized network breaches, have enterprises seeking unparalleled levels of information security. Companies across a range of industries, from banking and finance to pharmaceutical sectors, are investing in Cyber-Ark's Vaulting Technology to manage and secure sensitive data throughout the information lifecycle. The company's solutions create safe havens that allow enterprises to both protect and share information over the Internet between discrete enterprises and manage critical information and passwords within a single network.

Cyber-Ark's strong reseller channel provides organizations across North America with expertise and local support for solving their most taxing security concerns. "Our reseller program is running full force," said Udi Mokady, founder, President and COO of Cyber-Ark. "It's opening up more and more doors for our company, bringing our Vaulting solutions to a vast audience and securing the most critical data within enterprise organizations."

Some of Cyber-Ark's recent channel partners had the following to say about Cyber-Ark:

"Giving out super user passwords is a necessity for many companies," said Larry Bantle, President of Conexsys Communications. "But if those passwords are misused or fall into the wrong hands, it leaves the organization immensely vulnerable. Cyber-Ark alleviates these concerns with a very secure repository for passwords and password objects, combined with a centralized password manager. Companies are taking considerable risk if they don't have a system like this in place."

"Cyber-Ark complements traditional identity management solutions," said Bill Cooper, President of Stalwart Systems Group. "Cyber-Ark's solutions have been built to allow customers to integrate their existing Identity Management solution into the Vaulting Technology and also increase this investment by providing administrative password protection."

"Sarbanes-Oxley regulations are giving risk managers the power to acquire technology for controlling access rights," said Chris Piecukonis, VP of Sales of Networks Plus Technology Group. "Cyber-Ark's Vaulting Technology gives executives the ability to demonstrate that they have strong measures in place to protect critical information-a key component of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance."

Cyber-Ark invests considerable resources to ensure the success of its channel partners. Cyber-Ark's reseller network provides both parties with significant presence in the market through joint Webinars, industry roundtables and education and training.

"It is imperative that we continue to grow these relationships and provide secure solutions that our customers and partners can trust," said Ron Zoran, Senior Director, Channels for Cyber-Ark. "This will also help broaden our scope of prospects through the existing relationships our resellers have. Being able to show our joint successes is a priority for me as we head into 2006 - showing the value Cyber-Ark brings to its partners will elevate the education of Vaulting solutions."

Cyber-Ark and its resellers are working in partnership to educate businesses about this alternative approach to data security. The companies are participating in co-marketing activities to help companies solve the challenges of securing electronic information.
