MOHEGAN SUN SCORES WITH CYBER-ARK'S PASSWORD VAULT
One of the Largest Entertainment, Gaming, Shopping and Meeting Destinations in the United States selected Cyber-Ark's solution for storing and sharing of Mission-Critical IT Systems passwords
Dedham, Mass.,-November 19, 2003 - Cyber-Ark® Software Inc., the information security software company that invented and markets Vaulting Technology™, today announced that Mohegan Sun has selected Cyber-Ark's Network Vault® for passwords (Password Vault) to securely store, share and centrally manage administrative passwords for their hundreds of servers and switches that run business operations for the Northeast's premier entertainment destination, operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Located in Uncasville, Connecticut, Mohegan Sun is one of the nation's largest entertainment centers with nearly 11 million visitors per year taking advantage of its retail shops and dining venues, 10,000-seat Arena, Cabaret Theatre, luxury hotel, premier meeting and convention space and a world-class spa. At the heart of the complex is an intricate network of computers that serve as the lifeblood of the corporation. Tracking and updating passwords to the servers and network devices that run Mohegan Sun was becoming unmanageable as the size and scope of the network had grown exponentially. Recognizing the need to enhance the way their passwords are secured and stored, Mohegan Sun chose Network Vault for overall password security, enterprise-wide password availability, password tracking and central management.
