COMERICA AND CYBER-ARK TEAM-UP AGAIN

Cyber-Ark Delivers Latest Vaulting Solution for Comerica Business Customers - User-friendly Security Helps Simplify and Safeguard Customer use of Bank's Image Services

AFP 24th Annual Conference, Orlando, Fla., Booth 319-November 3, 2003 - Comerica Incorporated (NYSE: CMA) and Cyber-Ark® Software Inc., today announced they are teaming-up again, this time to provide business customers who utilize the bank's image services with access to Cyber-Ark's Vaulting Technology™. The user-friendly security will help simplify and safeguard use of the banking company's image services, which safely reduces the time and effort needed to sort through cancelled checks and access lockbox items. Cyber-Ark (Booth 319) and Comerica (Booth 113) made the joint announcement at the 24th Annual Association for Finance Professionals Conference in Orlando.

Earlier this year, Comerica announced that it would leverage Cyber-Ark's Inter-Business Vault™ as the standard secure communications solution for electronic information sharing with customers. With the expansion of Cyber-Ark's Inter-Business Vault solution to include image services, Comerica will be able to both protect and dramatically simplify electronic imaging services, including automated bulk file transfers of tens of thousands of check images. Cyber-Ark's powerful, yet transparent and easy-to-use solution will enable Comerica to eliminate intense, manual and time-consuming integration of image services on an application-by-application basis, dramatically reducing the 40 business days it can typically take to establish and integrate electronic imaging services with the diverse applications used by its customers.

"The sheer diversity of customer systems presents a significant security challenge," said Daniel J. McCarty, senior vice president and officer-in-charge of Treasury Management Services for Comerica. "We wanted to move away from an expensive mix of encryption technologies to a simpler, more user-friendly format. Cyber-Ark's surprising combination of ease-of-use and powerful security will enable us to easily leverage the solution going forward, including future lockbox, coupon and invoice-related initiatives."

Comerica's Treasury Management Services Department provides customers worldwide with a full-range of electronic solutions, ranging from account transaction processing and reconciliation services to automated receivables processing. The Inter-Business Vault enables a quick set up of accounts across a wide range of services, delivering a transparent, out-of-the-box experience that doesn't require significant changes to Comerica's or its customers' existing electronic and Web-based banking systems. Additional automation can reduce the steps and technology proficiency required for customers to send, receive and process electronic transactions.

"Comerica continues to drive innovation and service in its industry, offering a new generation of secure electronic information services that help customers dramatically simplify and streamline their treasury management operations," said Alon Cohen, CEO of Cyber-Ark. "Cyber-Ark's Vaulting Technology provides the unique mix of security and transparency that enables companies like Comerica to not only protect vital information, but also enable a new generation of innovative business and customer service processes."

Cyber-Ark provides a safe haven, highly secured regardless of overall network security, where information can be stored and shared. Cyber-Ark's patented Vaulting Technology does not alter the way end users and their partners, suppliers and customers work together, quickly delivering transparent security that doesn't require a vast investment in new tools, training or business processes. This substantially decreases costs, improves security, and enhances the performance associated with doing business throughout the extended enterprise.
