Partnership Combines Cutting-Edge Authentication With The Ironclad Security Of The PrivateArk Network Vault

CHICAGO, January 8, 2002 -- Aladdin Knowledge Systems (NASDAQ: ALDN) and Cyber-Ark Software today announced a partnership to combine Aladdin's USB-based eToken™ authentication device with Cyber-Ark's Cyber-Ark® Network Vault™ suite of information sharing and storage solutions. The partnership provides powerful security by giving organizations the option to combine two of the premier security products on the market today in order to safeguard their sensitive information

Aladdin's etoken, named 2001's Best Security Hardware Solution by SC Magazine, provides two-factor authentication (something you have - the etoken; and something you know - a password) that will give PrivateArk users a cost-effective means of accessing data stored in the Vault without compromising portability or convenience.

Cyber-Ark's PrivateArk Network Vault, named the Best Security Product at the 2001 Networking Industry Awards, allows organizations to securely store and share their most sensitive data with designated partners both within the enterprise as well as over the Internet.
