Udi Mokady
Founder, President & CEO
Udi Mokady co-founded Cyber-Ark in 1999 and serves as the company's President & CEO. In this role he is responsible for building the Company's market position, customer relationships and revenue growth, as well as for managing Cyber-Ark's worldwide activity.
Mokady initially established Cyber-Ark's headquarters in the US and orchestrated its market penetration and three rounds of funding, raising a total of $23M, paving the way for the Company to acquire over 400 Global enterprises in the US, Europe, and Asia. Mokady has also lead the implementation and management of channel development and marketing for Cyber-Ark's award winning information security products in Europe, the Pacific Rim and the Far East.
Prior to Cyber-Ark, Mokady specialized in legal management and business development for international high-tech companies. He previously served as the general counsel of Tadiran Spectralink, a highly specialized producer of advanced wireless communications systems.
Mokady holds an L.L.B. from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and is completing the Science of Management Master's program at Boston University.

Chen Bitan
General Manager, Israel Operations
Chen Bitan is the General Manager, Israel Operations at Cyber-Ark, managing the entire Israeli operation including the engineering and quality assurance teams. He played an instrumental role in bringing Cyber-Ark's products from prototype to enterprise class shipping software. With a strong focus on fulfilling customer requirements, Bitan continues to oversee the implementation of the product roadmap.
Bitan has 15 years of experience in the computer industry leading software development projects. Formerly, he served as a project leader in Amdocs Software Ltd. (NYSE: DOX), leading the development of customer care and billing systems for telecommunications providers; research and development group leader in Magic Software Ltd. (NASDAQ: MGIC), leading the development of 4GL product for the Far East Market.
Bitan served as the head of the programming education department at the IDF Computer Studies Academy. Bitan has a B.S. in computer science and political science from Bar-Ilan University.

Adam Bosnian
Vice President of Products, Strategy and Sales
Adam Bosnian is the Vice President of Products, Strategy and Sales at Cyber-Ark Software. He is responsible for the global product and business strategy of the company as well as for managing the North American sales organization and growing the business in this area.
Bosnian brings a strong marketing, sales and product background to his role at Cyber-Ark, with over 15 years of experience in defining and implementing successful marketing strategies, launching award winning products and working closely with and managing sales organizations to identify, initiate and close significant sales opportunities.
Previously at Elron Software, Bosnian was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and served as the Co-General Manager during the initiation and completion of an M&A transaction with Zix Corporation. At Elron Bosnian successfully managed strategy development, product management, demand generation, marketing communications and sales - creating a product, sales and marketing strategy that significantly increased revenue and led to the M&A with Zix. Prior to Elron, Bosnian served in a series of marketing executive roles at InterSense, Spacetec Corporation and New Media Graphics Corporation.
Bosnian holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute where he graduated with Highest Honors.

J. Alan Bird
Vice President, Business Development
J. Alan Bird is the Vice President, Business Development for Cyber-Ark where he is responsible for forming and managing strategic industry partnerships. During a career spanning 29 years in the IT industry (seven of those as an end-user), Bird has focused on enterprise systems management and applications development and management, specializing in the building of partnerships in these arenas to benefit end-users.
Bird joined Cyber-Ark from IBM where he last served as the Director, Solutions and Technologies, Global Cisco Alliance. In that role Bird was responsible for driving the integration between the various IBM and Cisco Technology and Sales organizations to bring unique, differentiated value to both companies customers. Prior to that he was the Director, Alliance Development, IBM SWG. In that role his team's overall mission includes driving a set of Strategic Alliances (Nokia, Cisco, Intel, Avaya, Novell) and developing the strategy for the Software Group's Alliances activities. Prior to this, Bird was responsible for Tivoli's business development and alliances activities within the Network Communications Business. Previously, he was director of the Tivoli Partner Association, where he led the evolutions of Tivoli's industry-leading partnering programs.
Prior to joining Tivoli, Bird was director of marketing, product management and product line sales for Compuware; one of Tivoli's long-term industry partners. One of his functions while at Compuware was to define and develop the relationship between the two companies. Bird previously also worked for Legent in various channel definition and business development capacities.
Bird attended Guilford Technical Institute where he completed an Associate of Applied Sciences in Business Data Processing.

Nir Gertner
CTO
Nir Gertner serves as the CTO of Cyber-Ark. With more than fifteen years of experience in enterprise systems security, Gertner is part of Cyber-Ark's initial core team and plays a major role in developing Cyber-Ark's technological foundation as well as establishing its vision and roadmap.
Prior to Cyber-Ark, Gertner served as a software engineer on BMC's Control-O automated systems operations solution. Within BMC, Gertner also gained valuable customer-related experience as a systems engineer responsible for pre and post sales activities in the northeast region of the US. In the course of his military service, Gertner was the chief administrator of the Security and System Department of the Central Computing Center in the Israel Defense Forces. In this position he was in charge of the ongoing availability, software maintenance and hardware purchases of one the largest mainframe enterprises in the region.
Gertner is also a frequent speaker on security related issues at industry conferences.
