Udi Mokady

Founder, President & CEO

Udi Mokady co-founded Cyber-Ark Software in 1999 and serves as the company's President & CEO. In this role he is responsible for the management, execution, and strategic direction of the company as the market leader in managing and securing Privileged Identities and Highly Sensitive Information.

In his previous role as Cyber-Ark's COO, Mokady established Cyber-Ark's headquarters in the US and orchestrated its market expansion, paving the way for the Company to acquire over 500 Global enterprises in the US, Europe, and Asia. Mokady has also led the implementation and management of channel development and international marketing for Cyber-Ark's award winning information security products in Europe, Asia and the Pacific Rim.

Prior to Cyber-Ark, Udi specialized in legal management and business development for international high-tech companies. He previously served as the general counsel at Tadiran Spectralink, a highly specialized producer of secure wireless communications systems.

A veteran of a Military Intelligence unit, Mokady holds a law degree (L.L.B.) from Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a Master of Science in Management degree (MSM) from Boston University.

Chen Bitan

General Manager, EMEA

Chen Bitan is the General Manager of EMEA at Cyber-Ark, heading the Israeli office. In his role, he is responsible for managing the company's engineering division, the product management department and professional services for EMEA and APAC. Bitan has played an instrumental role in bringing Cyber-Ark's products from prototype to market leading enterprise class products, with a strong focus on fulfilling market requirements and a continuously innovative approach.

Bitan brings a strong software development background, with more than 20 years of experience in the high-tech industry, leading software development projects. Formerly, he served as a project leader in Amdocs Software Ltd. (NYSE: DOX), leading the development of customer care and billing systems for telecommunications providers; research and development group leader in Magic Software Ltd. (NASDAQ: MGIC), leading the development of 4GL product for the Asia Pacific Market.

Bitan served as head of the programming education department at the IDF Computer Studies Academy. Bitan has a B.S. in computer science and political science from Bar-Ilan University.

Adam Bosnian

Vice President of Products, Strategy and Sales

Adam Bosnian is the Vice President of Products, Strategy and Sales at Cyber-Ark Software. He is responsible for the global product and business strategy of the company as well as for managing the North American sales organization and growing the business in this area.

Bosnian brings a strong marketing, sales and product background to his role at Cyber-Ark, with over 15 years of experience in defining and implementing successful marketing strategies, launching award winning products and working closely with and managing sales organizations to identify, initiate and close significant sales opportunities.

Previously at Elron Software, Bosnian was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and served as the Co-General Manager during the initiation and completion of an M&A transaction with Zix Corporation. At Elron Bosnian successfully managed strategy development, product management, demand generation, marketing communications and sales - creating a product, sales and marketing strategy that significantly increased revenue and led to the M&A with Zix. Prior to Elron, Bosnian served in a series of marketing executive roles at InterSense, Spacetec Corporation and New Media Graphics Corporation.

Bosnian holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute where he graduated with Highest Honors.

Richard A Weeks

Vice President, Business Development

Richard A Weeks is the Vice President of Business Development at Cyber-Ark. He is responsible for developing and managing relationships for Strategic Alliances, Global Systems Integrators (GSI) and leading OEM sales activities.

Weeks brings over 25 years of broad Information Technology business experience to this role. Prior to joining Cyber-Ark, he was Sr. Director, Worldwide Channels & Microsoft Business Development at Centrify Corporation, an Identity Management software vendor, responsible for establishing channel programs, global partner recruitment and indirect sales for over 40 Consultants, VARs and Global Systems Integrators, including Avanade, IBM, Microsoft, Unisys and Wipro.

Weeks has held positions of increasing responsibility in IT operations, channel sales and business development for innovative firms such as Fidelity Investments, Top Layer Networks, Aelita Software and Quest Software.

A US Air Force veteran, Weeks studied Information Systems Management & Development at the University of California, San Diego and pursued a B.S. degree in Management Information Systems at Northeastern University.

Nir Gertner

CTO

Nir Gertner serves as the CTO of Cyber-Ark. With more than fifteen years of experience in enterprise systems security, Gertner is part of Cyber-Ark's initial core team and plays a major role in developing Cyber-Ark's technological foundation as well as establishing its vision and roadmap.

Prior to Cyber-Ark, Gertner served as a software engineer on BMC's Control-O automated systems operations solution. Within BMC, Gertner also gained valuable customer-related experience as a systems engineer responsible for pre and post sales activities in the northeast region of the US. In the course of his military service, Gertner was the chief administrator of the Security and System Department of the Central Computing Center in the Israel Defense Forces. In this position he was in charge of the ongoing availability, software maintenance and hardware purchases of one the largest mainframe enterprises in the region.

Gertner is also a frequent speaker on security related issues at industry conferences.

Roy Adar

Vice President of Product Management

Roy Adar is the Vice President of Product Management at Cyber-ark Software. Drawing on his 18 years of high-tech experience, Adar's responsibilities include leading definition and delivery of Cyber-Ark product-lines, product positioning and overall product roadmap.

Adar joined Cyber-Ark from NICE Systems (Nasdaq: NICE) where he held the position of Market Manager with product management and marketing responsibilities for introducing new product lines for the financial services industry. Adar was instrumental in increasing the company's market share and revenue in this vertical and played a key role in winning multi-million dollar deals with tier-1 global banks. Previously at Integrity Systems, Adar held several roles including product development group manager and senior IT consultant.

Adar holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Business (Northwestern University) and a B.A in Computer Science (cum laude) from Open-University in Tel-Aviv.

Shlomi Dinoor

Vice President Emerging Technologies, Cyber-Ark Labs

Shlomi Dinoor serves as VP Emerging Technologies at Cyber-Ark, tasked to research, identify and propose future growth engines based on innovative technologies all with the goal of expanding company's long term offering. Shlomi spearheads Cyber-Ark Labs, Cyber-Ark's innovation center, with mission to design ways to introduce novel solutions to new high value markets and enhance Cyber-Ark's market leadership.

Shlomi brings over 12 years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions to market. Before joining Cyber-Ark, he was Director of Engineering at Verdasys, the leading provider of Enterprise Information Protection solutions, where he worked on strategic initiatives.

Prior to Verdasys Shlomi was Director of Development at CA Inc (NASDAQ: CA). While effectively managing a global team of professional software engineers, he directed strategy, product development, and program management for CA Identity Manager, one of CA's top selling products. Shlomi joined CA through the acquisition of Netegrity, a leader in Identity and Access Management, where he led all development activities and product release for Netegrity's IdentityMinder integrated product. Shlomi has also held senior R&D positions at Business Layers (acquired by Netegrity).

Shlomi holds an MBA from the University Of Massachusetts and a B.Sc. in Engineering (cum laude) from Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
