Udi Mokady

Founder, President & CEO

Udi Mokady co-founded Cyber-Ark Software in 1999 and serves as the company's President & CEO. In this role he is responsible for the management, execution, and strategic direction of the company as the market leader in managing and securing Privileged Identities and Highly Sensitive Information.

In his previous role as Cyber-Ark's COO, Mokady established Cyber-Ark's headquarters in the US and orchestrated its market expansion, paving the way for the Company to acquire over 1,000 Global enterprises in the US, Europe, and Asia. Mokady has also led the implementation and management of channel development and international marketing for Cyber-Ark's award winning information security products in Europe, Asia and the Pacific Rim.

Prior to Cyber-Ark, Udi specialized in legal management and business development for international high-tech companies. He previously served as the general counsel at Tadiran Spectralink, a highly specialized producer of secure wireless communications systems.

A veteran of a Military Intelligence unit, Mokady holds a law degree (L.L.B.) from Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a Master of Science in Management degree (MSM) from Boston University.

Chen Bitan

General Manager, EMEA

Chen Bitan is the General Manager of EMEA at Cyber-Ark, heading the Israeli office. In his role, he is responsible for managing the company's engineering division, the product management department and professional services for EMEA and APAC. Bitan has played an instrumental role in bringing Cyber-Ark's products from prototype to market leading enterprise class products, with a strong focus on fulfilling market requirements and a continuously innovative approach.

Bitan brings a strong software development background, with more than 20 years of experience in the high-tech industry, leading software development projects. Formerly, he served as a project leader in Amdocs Software Ltd. (NYSE: DOX), leading the development of customer care and billing systems for telecommunications providers; research and development group leader in Magic Software Ltd. (NASDAQ: MGIC), leading the development of 4GL product for the Asia Pacific Market.

Bitan served as head of the programming education department at the IDF Computer Studies Academy. Bitan has a B.S. in computer science and political science from Bar-Ilan University.

Adam Bosnian

EVP Americas & Corp. Development

Adam Bosnian is the EVP Americas & Corp. Development at Cyber-Ark Software. He is responsible for the global product and business strategy of the company as well as for managing the North American sales organization and growing the business in this area.

Bosnian brings a strong marketing, sales and product background to his role at Cyber-Ark, with over 15 years of experience in defining and implementing successful marketing strategies, launching award winning products and working closely with and managing sales organizations to identify, initiate and close significant sales opportunities.

Previously at Elron Software, Bosnian was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and served as the Co-General Manager during the initiation and completion of an M&A transaction with Zix Corporation. At Elron Bosnian successfully managed strategy development, product management, demand generation, marketing communications and sales - creating a product, sales and marketing strategy that significantly increased revenue and led to the M&A with Zix. Prior to Elron, Bosnian served in a series of marketing executive roles at InterSense, Spacetec Corporation and New Media Graphics Corporation.

Bosnian holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute where he graduated with Highest Honors.

Joshua Siegel

Chief Financial Officer

Josh Siegel serves as the CFO of Cyber-Ark. With more than twenty years of financial experience in both public and private global organizations, Siegel has led company public and private offerings, capital restructurings and varied commercial transactions across hi-tech and the financial sectors.

Prior to Cyber-Ark, Josh served as Chief Financial Officer for Voltaire Ltd. (Nasdaq: VOLT), a leading provider of InfiniBand and Ethernet connectivity solutions. In this position, in addition to running the finance & legal department he executed the company's initial public offering (IPO), managed the investor relations, and the company's eventual merger agreement with Mellanox Technologies (Nasdaq: MLNX).

Prior to joining Voltaire, Josh served in several senior financial management positions including Controller & Treasurer for Lucent Technologies Ltd (formerly Lannet Ltd.) and Director, Capital Markets for SLM Corporation.

Siegel holds a BA. In Economics and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance, from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Roy Adar

Vice President of Product Management

Roy Adar is the Vice President of Product Management at Cyber-ark Software. In his role he is responsible for Cyber-Ark's product management, product marketing and overall product strategy.

Adar brings over 20 years of experience in technology, marketing and business strategy to this role. Previously at NICE Systems (Nasdaq: NICE) Adar held the position of Market Manager with product management and marketing responsibilities for the financial services vertical. In this role he was responsible for defining, managing and launching a new product suite which has been instrumental in increasing the company's market share and revenue across the finance vertical as well as winning multi-million dollar deals with tier-1 global banks. Previously at Integrity Systems (acquired by Glasshouse), Adar held several roles including product development group manager and senior IT consultant.

Adar holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Business (Northwestern University) and a B.A in Computer Science (cum laude) from Open-University in Tel-Aviv.

John Worrall

Chief Marketing Officer

John Worrall is the Chief Marketing Officer at Cyber-Ark Software. He is responsible for the company's global marketing efforts including product marketing, branding, corporate communications and all lead generation activities including the inbound, channels and field marketing. He brings over fifteen years of global information security business management, marketing and product management experience to the team.

Prior to joining Cyber-Ark Software, Worrall was the Executive Vice President for CounterTack, a venture-backed company providing advanced threat detection solutions to large enterprise and government organizations. In addition to CounterTack, he spent two years as the Vice President and General Manager of RSA's security intelligence business. Worrall was also the Senior Vice President of Marketing, leading RSA Security global marketing efforts for more than four years.

Worrall holds a B.A. in Economics from St. Lawrence University.

Dan Dinnar

Vice President Sales - Asia Pacific

Dan Dinnar is the Vice President of Sales, Asia Pacific at Cyber-Ark Software. Dinnar brings with him over 17 years of experience within the IT industry with a proven track record of successful go-to-market and team building strategies across the globe. In this role, he is responsible for managing the Asia Pacific sales organization and ensuring the successful penetration and growth in this region.

Dinnar previously served as Director of Sales with Cyber-Ark Software Inc. and was responsible for increasing the sales coverage across the U.S. and Canada. He was a key contributor to Cyber-Ark's strong success with the top financial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and utility companies. 

Prior to his time at Cyber-Ark, Dinnar was the Director of Sales at ProActivity Inc, a business process re-engineering company (acquired by EMC), playing a key role in their success into the US market.

Dinnar holds a B.A. in Economics and Business from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Nir Gertner

CTO

Nir Gertner serves as the CTO of Cyber-Ark. With more than fifteen years of experience in enterprise systems security, Gertner is part of Cyber-Ark's initial core team and plays a major role in developing Cyber-Ark's technological foundation as well as establishing its vision and roadmap.

Prior to Cyber-Ark, Gertner served as a software engineer on BMC's Control-O automated systems operations solution. Within BMC, Gertner also gained valuable customer-related experience as a systems engineer responsible for pre and post sales activities in the northeast region of the US. In the course of his military service, Gertner was the chief administrator of the Security and System Department of the Central Computing Center in the Israel Defense Forces. In this position he was in charge of the ongoing availability, software maintenance and hardware purchases of one the largest mainframe enterprises in the region.

Gertner is also a frequent speaker on security related issues at industry conferences.

Nick Baglin

Vice President of EMEA Sales

Nick Baglin is Vice President of EMEA Sales at Cyber-Ark Software. He is responsible for further expanding Cyber-Ark's growing business across EMEA, as well as increasing global revenues and channel partnerships as part of Cyber-Ark's management team.

Baglin's experience in the IT industry encompasses leading roles across EMEA. Most recently he held the positions of Global Sales Director and EMEA General Manager at HP Enterprise Security Services (NYSE:HPQ) where he led the team to unprecedented year on year growth.

Baglin joined HP following its acquisition of Vistorm, an Information Security provider, having worked at the latter for over seven years. Previous roles include Regional Sales Director at Vistorm Ltd and Director of Sales at HP Information Security.

He holds a BSc in Business from the University of Manchester.
