Erel N. Margalit
Chairman, Cyber-Ark Software
Founder and Chairman, JVP
Erel is the founder and chairman of JVP (Jerusalem Venture Partners). Nineteen years ago Erel set the tone for Israeli venture capital investing by creating a new model that combined a hands-on management approach with international market creation strategies. Under Erel's leadership JVP helped build over 90 technology companies that are today global enterprises with traction in Israel, United States, Europe and Asia. In addition to helping to orchestrate the $4.8 billion sale of Chromatis to Lucent Technologies in 2000, Erel and JVP have successfully led twenty four exits with such companies as Netro (IPO, JVP subsequently sold its shares at a $5.5 billion company valuation), Precise (IPO and subsequently acquired by Veritas), Scorpio (acquired by US Robotics), Cogent Communications and Allot Communications among others. In July 2010, Erel led the IPO of QLIK Technologies (NASDAQ: QLIK) which is valued at over $2 billion. Erel is the chairman of Cyber-Ark Software, CyOptics and Siano Mobile, in addition to being a member of the Board of Animation Lab, AnyClip, Double Fusion, Qlipso and Sepaton. Prior to founding JVP, Erel was the Director of Business Development for the City of Jerusalem under its former Mayor, Teddy Kollek. There he was instrumental in facilitating the arrival of more than 70 technology firms to the city, including Digital, IBM and many others that gave rise to the burgeoning technology community that drives the Israeli economy today. Erel holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Columbia University.

Udi Mokady
Founder, President & CEO, Cyber-Ark Software
Udi Mokady co-founded Cyber-Ark Software in 1999 and serves as the company's President & CEO. In this role he is responsible for the management, execution, and strategic direction of the company as the market leader in managing and securing Privileged Identities and Highly Sensitive Information.
In his previous role as Cyber-Ark's COO, Mokady established Cyber-Ark's headquarters in the US and orchestrated its market expansion, paving the way for the Company to acquire over 1,000 Global enterprises in the US, Europe, and Asia. Mokady has also led the implementation and management of channel development and international marketing for Cyber-Ark's award winning information security products in Europe, Asia and the Pacific Rim.
Prior to Cyber-Ark, Udi specialized in legal management and business development for international high-tech companies. He previously served as the general counsel at Tadiran Spectralink, a highly specialized producer of secure wireless communications systems.
A veteran of a Military Intelligence unit, Mokady holds a law degree (L.L.B.) from Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a Master of Science in Management degree (MSM) from Boston University.

David Campbell
Vice President, Goldman Sachs
David Campbell is a Vice President of Goldman Sachs' Merchant Banking Division, investing in enterprise technology since 2004. He serves on a number of technology company boards. Previously, Mr. Campbell held senior roles within Goldman's Technology Group, including global infrastructure architecture, and global enterprise storage. He was elected Technology Fellow in 2002 for his role in developing the firm's technology. He started his career developing industry and military technology. In 1990, he moved to Japan to work in the Fujitsu super computer R&D division. In 1994, he joined Goldman Sachs in Japan; relocating to NY in 1998.
Mr. Campbell received a Bachelors of Electrical Engineering and Bachelors of Arts from Queensland University, Australia.

Gadi Tirosh
General Partner, JVP
Gadi is one of the two General Partners of JVP (Jerusalem Venture Partners). With his strong background in media related software and internet based R&D organizations, Gadi oversees and leads JVP's investments in the media, web, gaming and application space. Gadi serves as a board member of Cyber-Ark, having orchestrated the most recent investment round by JVP, as well as Siano Mobile, Funtactix, Infinite Memory, ComQi, Double Fusion and Playcast. Gadi's track record in the digital media space has provided him with strong domain expertise in both the consumer infrastructure world and service provider needs. Prior to JVP, Gadi was Corporate VP of Product Marketing and member of the executive committee for NDS, a leader in digital pay-TV systems, supporting some of the largest digital broadcast platforms such as DIRECTV, BSkyB, Canal Digital and more. In recent weeks it was announced that Cisco Systems was due to acquire NDS for $5bn. At NDS, Gadi established the business of digital interactive TV in the late 90s, catering to the likes of Sky Sports, MTV, Discovery, QVC and other leading TV channels. Prior to NDS, Gadi held a variety of positions in software and Internet-based R&D organizations, including Director of Product Marketing at ServiceSoft Corp. Gadi holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Mathematics as well as an Executive MBA from the Hebrew University.

Tom Heiser
President of RSA, The Security Division of EMC
Tom Heiser is President of RSA, The Security Division of EMC, a position he has held since February 2011.
Mr. Heiser oversees all aspects of RSA's business operations, including worldwide sales and services, channel strategy, product development, marketing, strategic business and financial initiatives, IT, and technical support. He joined RSA in July 2008 as Senior Vice President of Global Customer Operations and was promoted to COO in April 2010.
At EMC, Mr. Heiser previously served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the company's Centera Business Unit, where he was instrumental in overseeing Centera's emergence as one of EMC's fastest-growing product lines. He also served as EMC's Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and New Ventures, where he led the team ultimately responsible for the acquisition of RSA in 2006.
Mr. Heiser, who originally joined EMC in 1984 as the company's fourteenth employee, has served the company in a number of strategic business, management and sales leadership capacities for over 25 years.
Mr. Heiser earned his bachelor's degree in accounting information systems from the University of Massachusetts.

Yoram Oron
Founder and Managing Partner, Vertex Venture Capital
Yoram Oron has an impressive record as a founder and manager of several successful high technology companies. He was previously President and CEO of Aryt Industries; Co-Founder, President and CEO of Reshef Technologies; and Co-Founder and Chairman of Telegate Ltd. Mr. Oron graduated with a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion — Israel Institute of Technology; he has an MBA from Tel Aviv University, Israel and completed post-graduate studies at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, USA.

Amnon Shoshani
Managing Partner, Cabaret Holdings
Amnon has extensive experience in entrepreneurship and management. He is the founder and managing partner of Cabaret and the Cabaret- ArbaOne ventures where he takes a lead role in managing the groups' portfolio companies. He is also the CEO and chairman of TIP, a Cabaret-Arba traditional industry technology company and co-inventor of a large number of patents in various traditional industries. Prior to Cabaret, he founded and owned a Tel-Aviv boutique law firm that specialized in entrepreneurship, traditional industries and high tech, where he supported both public and private companies' management and business development. Amnon holds an LLB from Tel Aviv University.
